Harlow Arcaro is an illustrator and concept artist from Syracuse, New York. Harlow originally studied Illustration at SUNY Oswego before transfering to Syracuse University after 2 years in Fall of 2020 to continue pursuing the degree. His work focuses mostly on character design, concept art, and environments/landscapes . Harlow has a love of the natural world that seeps deeply into much of his work. Hiking, nature photography, listening to true crime podcasts and painting strange creatures are some of his favorite ways to pass the time.
